Set in Ceton, on the edge of a forest, Gite de la Coispillière is a three-bedroom holiday home dating back to the 17th century. It has a 1500 squares metres garden with barbecue facilities, a 100 square metres terrace. Gite de la Coispillière offers a fully equipped kitchen and living room with fireplace. There is a lift that will enable people with reduced mobility to access the top floor. Guests can take part in various activities in the surroundings, including cycling and hiking. Nogent-le-Rotrou is 15 km away.

“Exceptionally well-appointed holiday accommodation in peaceful rural location”
An exceptional gîte; spacious, well-equipped and beautifully decorated. The lift (elevator) to facilitate access to the upper floor for the wheelchair user in our family was particularly appreciated. Our host Philippe was welcoming and always ready to advise and assist. Situated in tranquil countryside with the rolling agricultural landscape of the Perche all around. The property has a lovely, mature garden, perfect for the family to enjoy dining al fresco or stargazing at night!

“Probably the best Gite in the Perche région”
Very friendly owners (Mr. and Mrs. Aubeges) running beautiful Gite at the country site, lots of space (3 large bedrooms, 3 bath rooms), cosy living room with open kitchen (well equipped), large closed garden with terrace, sufficient furniture in the garden. Every Saturday (during the season) there is the possibility to have lunch/dinner outside at the neighbours, each week a different kitchen (Asain, Maroc etc). Probably the best Gite in the Perche région, highly recommended.

“High quality apartment in a very quiet location”
A perfect holiday apartment situated on an old farm which has been sensitively restored, the combination of old and new provides an unmistakable atmosphere. The apartment is huge and offers enough space and privacy even for larger families (perhaps the biggest holiday apartment I've been in and it's a nice change from small hotel rooms.). In the apartment you will find everything you need (washing machine, dryer, fireplace, very well-equipped kitchen, bathroom next to each bedroom, terrace, storage space, etc.). All equipment is of high quality and gives a professional impression. The place is located in a quiet place, off the main roads. On the other hand, it is easily accessible from the highway from the direction of Paris. The host Philippe will welcome you and show you around the apartment and explain how everything works and thus prevent misunderstandings. At the same time, he is available for any questions during the entire stay.

The location suited us as we had a wedding in the area. The place is spacious and beautiful and well kept
