The thermal indoor pool needs serious cleaning , there was mold and dirt almost everywhere . Also I didn’t like the food in the restaurant …

“Excellent staff, welcoming service, great facilities.”
Facilities were great. Staff were incredibly welcoming and kind. We stayed as a large family over three rooms with two toddlers. We had a lovely time. Special note: I dropped one of my AirPods in the room and didn’t notice until two days after we left. The staff found it and shipped it back to me. How wonderful you and your team is. Thanks so much and we appreciate your kindness and professionalism.

“Amazing hospitality !”
I had such a wonderful stay at Ilica Hotel. From the very beginning, the team made me feel truly welcome and cared for. A very special thank you goes to Zeynep from Guest Relations — she was incredibly attentive, always available to help, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. She made me feel not just like a guest, but like a valued friend. The spa was absolutely fantastic — beautifully designed, relaxing, and with excellent treatments that left me feeling refreshed and recharged. It was definitely one of the highlights of my trip. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the overall service throughout the hotel was excellent — warm, professional, and always with a smile. I truly recommend Ilica Hotel to anyone looking for a combination of comfort, great service, and a bit of luxury. I can’t wait to come back again!

Quiet and cozy place. Amazing beach. Especially nice that staff are removing towels from sun loungers and preventing an occupation of them by Russians or Ukrainians as it usually happens.

“Short but sweet”
Food was good, offering a huge choice of options. The spa was clean and easily accessible. The grill bar offered a very nice ambiance and the staff were very welcoming.

“Very nice place and staff”
In front of a private beach, room is big and comfortable, good view from the beach. Breakfast is very good, with great variety. SPA and pools (inside and outside) are really nice. The whole building and facilities are very well maintained. The building itself is super cool and modern. The whole property is very big.

“Great place for colder days”
My mom stayed here as her birthday gift and she loved it. She loved the room, the staff bringing her a little cake for her birthday, celebrating it while check in, the beautiful sea, warm pools etc. We love this place for years now, never disappoints.

The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The facilities are amazing especially the thermal pool and inddor pool. Food is good as well and the hotel bar serves nice cocktails. The spa is topnotch and I had a very great spa experience in this hotel. It has it’s own private beach access with white sand and it’s worth every penny. Truly 5 star experience.

“Cesme - Flashy fun space”
Large spacious lobby, stylish modern bedroom with very nice bathroom. The walk in shower was great, bed comfy and spacious. Location is wonderful with views to the Aegean from the restaurant,at poolside or if on the beach. Excellent breakfast.
