Location was perfect, close to everything, 50m from Christmas market. The hosts were amazing, professional and extremely friendly and accommodating, their english is excellent. We had a late train transfer, so the hosts offered a later checkout and ordered a taxi for us, exceptional service! The room was very well appointed, immaculately clean and well provisioned for self catering. Very quiet at night, comfortable beds and fast internet provided. Highly recommend. Value fro money was also excellent.

Excellent apart-hotel — everything was top-notch! We were absolutely delighted with our stay! The contact person was amazing — very responsive, friendly, and helpful with everything we needed. He even gave us a little tour of the apartment, showing and explaining where everything was. That was a really nice touch! The apartment itself was a dream: bright, spacious, exceptionally clean, and fully equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of — from appliances to kitchenware and small conveniences. The overall quality and service were way above what we’ve experienced in most other places. The location is also great — everything is close by and easy to reach. In short, everything we could possibly need was there. We definitely recommend this place and would love to come back again!

“4 Nights in Cesky Krumlov”

Perfect location, just off the main square. Loved my attic room with a small balcony. The bed, pillows and bedding were very comfortable. Everything was clean, and nicely presented. Miroslav was a good host, with lovely manners. I would stay here again, and would recommend this accommodation.

I'm delighted by my choice of accommodation. It exceeded my expectations! Terrific location..a cozy, neat, and comfortable room. Also with so much aesthetic attached to it! Every square foot of space is well utilised and planned extremely well. The electrical socket is a discreet part of the bedside table. No wires stretching across the room to charge the phone..Brilliant! A small balcony opened out to gorgeous views of the town. The bathroom was so very neat and had all the provisions one could possible need. Much thought has gone into creating that lovely space that I was unhappy to leave. And the host is a fine young lad..Miroslav, you've got a marvelous place going. Thank you for being a helpful and kind host. I'll be sure to recommend your place to EVERYONE.

Great location within the downtown area and a short walk to anywhere of interest. The host was very friendly and helpful. It was a nice size room to accommodate family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children). The room was neat and well kept. And the overall price was affordable.

Beautiful old building, in fabulous location. Our room was large, clean with huge comfortable bed. Our host was friendly and helpful. There was an honesty fridge with drinks to purchase which was also a nice touch. Would definitely stay again! Thank you Miroslav

Hosts are welcoming and helping. They are happy to answer questions we have and recommended good boat service which we had a lot of fun. The location is perfect, only 1 min walk to the square, 5 mins to parking. There’s no AC but fan is provided which is cool enough at night.

Excellent location, very spacious and comfortable, decorated with taste. The apartment also had AC, which would be useful during the summer months, particularly if you couldn't open the windows due to loud tourists walking past. Very friendly service. Coffee Tea and breakfast cereals were provided. A great stay.

This beautiful family run accomodation in the centre of Cesky Krumlov was amazing and we had a wonderful time with our family. There was plenty of space for two adults and three teenagers. The kitchen is well equipped and the apartment is really nicely finished. The location is outstanding and we had views to the Castle from our loft bedroom upstairs. The hosts were very helpful and kind too.
