We were looking for a quiet place in a walking distance (15-20min.walk) from the centre of Czeski Krumlov. The place was just like that. The room was beautiful and spacious. The place was clean and the owner was very nice and helpful.

The city is very nice.

Good and quiet location. Close to The Castle Garden. Good parking. Very tasty and with good price restaurant near the hotel and gas station. Close to the city center. Good price.

Unfortunately, we didn’t have a chance to stay at this place, so I can’t say anything good about it. The few minutes we spent there will be remembered very badly for a long time.

Owner was friendly. Rooms were reasonably clean for such an old building (some spiders excluded). In the summer it's for sure nice to be in a colder room. City is a ~20min walk away over a steep hill - doable if you're good by foot.

Rooms absolutely stunk of mould, when we go there all the windows were open trying to get rid of the smell, and it was raining quite hard too when we go there with rain pouring into the rooms. Electric kettle and switches in the bathroom, talk about dangerous. Unbelievable.

It was clean, spacious room, there were lockers for things. Wi-fi was working in the room. Check in is till 5pm, but host waited as till 8pm.

The property itself is an old, nice mansion. The rooms were clean.

The location wasn’t good. The street is pretty dark, to go without a car it’s not that close to the city center. The town doesn't have a lot of taxis.

I did not like that there was no free parking, especially, because using the car is essential when staying at this location rather than moving on foot, considering the distance from the center. We unexpectedly paid the additional cost of 250 CZK. This makes this accommodation inconvenient compared to the centrally placed hotels. Moreover, the parking was without night surveillance as the gate remained open the whole night. The parking cost is not clearly specified on the site before booking. There is just written that the charges may be applicable. At the arrival, no clear indications of the parking places were provided. Also, low ceilings and some additional steps in the room are less comfortable.
