A cozy, comfortable and spotless clean room, a lovely and welcoming host, great breakfast, parking right in front of the house, a friendly and quiet neighbourhood, it's 10-15 minutes walk to the old town. I wish to return in another season too.

Great location just 10 minute walk from the center. Host was wonderful - we opted for the breakfast which made our mornings.

The room was lovely, and it had all the facilities we could hope for. The host was also a lovely guy, not the best English but we certainly made do.

Within walking distance to the old town and sightseeing. The host was very helpful and friendly. Even though we couldn't speak the Czech language he went to great lengths to communicate clearly with us using Google translate. Host recommended local restaurants. Had all we needed for a one hight stay. Parking was available.

The landlord was extremely helpful, friendly, attentive, everything was handle with care with excellent communication thought all our stay. Room was comfortable, clean, looked like just newly updated, everything there was thoughtfully in to detail. Very good location- 10-15 minutes walk to the city centrum where all the shops, restaurants , historical building - castle are... Excellent breakfast of your choice and time delivery - all fresh prepared with love!

The App is in a quiet place with an open and good view. the bed was big and comfortable. Very clean. Private parking. the home owner explained to us all the necessary info and gave us a city map. Thanks for your cooperation.

Everything was good. The apartments met my expectations. The place is quiet. There is a good restaurant and a swimming pool nearby. The restaurant is called Pivnice na Hrazi, I recommend it.

Beautiful clean house, garden, view. The owner is a very nice retired man, dedicated to keep a clean and pleasent place for him and for his guests. Very good breakfast.

Nice cozy place, the room & bathrooms were neat and clean. Host was very courteous and helpful. The place is walkable distance from city center. Its a nice place to stay & would recommend it The only challenge would be walk back to the place from city center as it is in the middle of slope (if you go by your own car or get a taxi its no problem)

Quiet area and clean appartment

“Perfect stay. Every little thing covered.”

After two weeks of hotels it was a delight to get here. Little things like a wardrobe with old fashioned coat hangers, a double room with two chairs,and a small table, a shelf inside the shower for soap etc and plenty of shelves in the ensuite for other toiletries. Besides the usual amenities we also had a kettle, a table/desk with two more chairs, a microwave and a fridge. We opted for the breakfast which was enormous. Did us for lunch and afternoon tea as well. Car parking is available which is essential as parking fees in town are about 2 euros per hour. If using public transport bus station is about one km away but take taxi as last 300 metres is steep uphill. Bedrich speaks little English so Google translate or similar very useful. We were also able to check in early and drop our bags.

“Grandpa's pension”

We had a double bed with my wife and our six years old daughter had another double bed on her own. The room was very clean and comfortable. We had a fridge, a kettle and a microwave. We got fresh towels every single day. There was no air conditioning, but the temperature of the room was fine even on the hottest days. Last, but not least the owner is a very kind grandfather with fantastic vitality. I have found a motto on another pension's wall in Český Krumlov but I think it is very true for this pension too: "Come as a guest, leave as a friend!"

We really liked the hospitality of the owner of the pension. The breakfasts were amazing and delivered at any time upon request. The location was very convenient, despite the slight elevation. We were looking for a prnsione with parking place and we got everything as expected.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The owners were super friendly and tried their best to communicate with me even though they do not speak English. Breakfast was delicious! You can reach the old town "island' in 12 minutes by foot.
