Lovely little flat right in the old town. Fully equipped and functional, with a nice balcony offering views of the castle. Gorgeous terrace on the river bank, very friendly and helpful hosts. Very clean and comfy, there is nothing we can complain about.

“Best part of Czechia holiday!”

The location was perfect! Very close to the town square, restaurants, Vltava river, the bridge taking you towards the castle....everything was a few minutes' pleasant walk. Our apartment (no.2) was on a higher level, just a short flight of stairs takes you to this well-appointed, cozy 1 bedroom apartment. (There's no lift, so people with mobility issues may find it difficult). Though '93' is in a small, cobbled street, taxis do go all the way to the front door of the building. The kitchen was well-stocked, including a carton of milk in the fridge. There were all the utensils you need, plus tea, coffee, sugar, salt, some spices and a pack of spaghetti too. The cozy and aesthetically designed backyard needs a special mention. At the ground level they run an exclusive wine and cheese business and you can actually enjoy their fare sitting by the rushing canal at the back. It was a sheer pleasure sitting in the balcony to have breakfast or coffee/tea and listen to the flowing waters. The view of the Cesky castle was incredible. Though we were in Cesky Krumlov at the weekend and the very popular pub right across had live music going on, we were not disturbed at all as apartment no.2 doesn't face the road. The bathroom and toilet are two separate rooms which worked out fine for us. The shower pressure was great. The bed was comfortable. The pillows were flat, large squares, way too soft for us, but I guess that's how they do it in Europe. Came across the same in other neighbouring countries too. We needed an early check-in by 2 hours and Petra graciously agreed. During our stay, however, Petra was away, but we were very well taken care of by Norah, Maria and George. They assisted us especially in booking/rescheduling/cancelling cabs where knowledge of Czech was required. Norah was very pleasant to deal with and she ably guided us on vegetarian/vegetarian-friendly restaurants, nearby places to visit etc.

“InHeart of Cesky Kumlov Old Town”

Cosy and clean apartment right in the middle of the old town, with restaurants and shops very close by. Very warm welcome when we arrived. Beautiful town to spend time in - and a view of part of the castle from the apartment. The living/sitting area and bed are in one large room, with the kitchen and dining separate. Very comfortable bed. Great accommodation.

Very peaceful though it was in the village. Charming and helpful host. Kitchen well equipped. Bed comfortable. The accommodation is a bed sitting room, kitchen and bathroom. Small but pleasant balcony where we enjoyed sitting in good weather.

The place was really clean with all the necessary attributes you might required. We even had a bathrobes provided together with the towels. The kitchen is fully equipped as well. Petra is a brilliant host and promptly responded to all our questions (mainly about the town and whereabouts). Definitely recomment!

Superb location. Friendly host. Great balcony view on the castle. Walking distance to all main attractions.

“Prefect”

The apartment was perfect and the Hosts Petra/Martin were friendly, helpful and professional, if I'm back in Krumlov I will definitely be checking if this property is available (though I would recommend the higher apartments if available just for a better view of the castle).
