“An Unforgettable Family Adventure at the Zoo”

Spending a night at the zoo felt absolutely magical! As a family with an 11-year-old, I don’t think we’ve ever stayed anywhere more unique or memorable. Walking around the grounds in the quiet morning hours before visitors arrived, and again in the calm of the evening after the zoo closed, felt so special — those moments with the animals are something we’ll never forget. We booked the largest room available, which was still quite small, but it was clean and comfortable. Right outside our door there was a spacious common area with couches, big tables, a water dispenser, and a fridge, so we actually spent a lot of time there when we weren’t sleeping. Breakfast was a real highlight. They prepared a lovely brunch-style plate, and the freshly made crêpes were honestly the best I’ve ever had in all my travels. The coffee, eggs, bacon, and salad were all delicious — not a single thing to complain about. While it might not be the most practical place for a long stay, for a one-night experience it was absolutely perfect. I’d especially recommend it for families with kids — truly unforgettable.

“Good idea for family vacation”

We loved everything. So good idea - zoo and accommodation in the same place - it was very nice stay for whole family. Zoo exceeded our expectations.

Very steep stairs that slope outwards. Definitely need to hold on securely when defending. Too many trip hazards. Thin walls so can hear the people in the next room. Bathrooms need some way to wipe the floor after each person's use. Not worth the money we paid.

We loved the location - being able to explore the farm after other visitors had left was amazing. The leisure areas were also relaxing. The place was not far from town and was a good place to start day trips from. Solid breakfast.

Good place for visiting with a group of friends to spend a weekend making rafting trips, evening barbecue and party. Pets are strongly prohibited as you are in the middle of ZOO actually.

Hotell in the middle of the zoo. You can walk around with the animals in the eveni g when the zoo is closed. Good breakfast.

“Cozy stay with amazing animals”

Absolutely must visit place. Visiting the zoo during the opening hours is very cool, but having the option to walk around on the premises in the evening and getting to pet all the awesome animals is nothing I've gotten to do before. At one point a small goat wouldn't let me leave without a few more scratches :D The rooms are a bit basic, no air conditioning for example, so don't expect super comfortable stay, but the beds were comfy and the rooms and common area are very cozy. Definitely a bit different experience.

Great location and very cozy rooms

We stayed one night at Hotel Ratski. The setting is beautiful, the farm is charming, and the outdoor space is very pleasant. We were very close to the animals, and the decoration creates a lovely Moroccan atmosphere.

Very lovely hotel. Rooms are comfortable, beds and blankets warm and nice. Freely available kettle for tea and/or coffee. Very helpful staff. We travelled with a 2 year old and managed to find age appropriate potty. Generous breakfast which was a choice between sweet or savory pancakes with coffee and juice for the toddler. The zoo is available 24/7 if you're staying overnight, which was amazing.
