The villa is in a stunning location with beautiful views all around. We had everything we needed in terms of facilities. The pool was a great size. We were a group of 10. The host, Vittoria, was really helpful with recommendations and responded quickly to any questions prior to and during our stay. Great place to visit key towns in the area. Lovely restaurants in nearby towns of Certaldo and Barberino Val d'Elsa. Recommend a visit to the local organic vineyard. We had a wonderful many courses meal with lots of lovely wines and organic olive oil. Would certainly visit again.

“Beautiful, characterful property in a stunning location”

We couldn’t have hoped for a better large family stay. It’s a beautiful property with plenty of space for 14 of us, each bedroom with its own bathroom and A/C. The stunning location meant that we saw the most incredible sunsets while enjoying an aperitif in one of the many seating locations around the property. A large covered outdoor dining table meant we could have meals altogether even during the heat of the day. The property is situated close to many beautiful villages like San Gimignano and lovely vineyards. Vittoria was exceptional with her communication and very helpful with recommendations of wine tasting and restaurants. We hope to stay again!!

Had the most amazing time at Villa Tre Colli. The house was fully stocked with everything you need for an extended stay. Vittoria was an exceptional host, even organising a traditional home cooked Tuscan dinner for all 14 of us. Views of the Tuscan vineyards were amazing, our group particularly loved spending time by the beautiful pool. Easy access and close to local wineries and towns.

Beautiful villa. Well equipped. Spotlessly clean. Unbelievable views. The hostess Vittoria was fantastic. So helpful. Regular, clear communications. She made sure we had a great stay. The villa is beautiful the photographs donot do it or its location justice. It is well kitted out for large groups of people but cosy for just a few. Vittoria was charming and so helpful. The hill towns are in easy reach by car.
