“Very nice stay in a very authentic part of Slovenia”

B&B nearby the wonderful Vipava valley in a less touristic part of Slovenia. The B&B is situated in small village in the mountains at the east side of the valley. It is based next to a road, but there is very little traffic. It is a very quiet, but beautiful and authentic area. The options for outdoor activities go from hiking (mountain) biking to paragliding and you can even book an bear spotting excursion. Or you can just relax and enjoy the view. The hosts are very nice people as well, we had a very friendly welcome. Being in a more remote location comes with a small downside, it takes 20 min by car to the nearest supermarket / restaurants. But the owner loves to cook and serves you very tasty home made dishes with homegrown vegetables from the garden at a very democratic price. The breakfast is also very tasty, with also here a lot of home made food that get you ready for the day. Very enjoyable stay!

It was only a 1 day stop-over for us. Marlise the owner of the apartment really try to do everything that you enjoy your stay as much as possible. Both the breakfast and dinner were well above our expectations.

Beautiful, peaceful nature as surrounding with great hiking opportunities. The apartment is clean and we found everything we needed! Helpful and kind landlady who prepares a good selection of delicious breakfast - with special care for kids!

Host prepare realy tasteful dinner. We really recommend home made dish with taste of Holland 🙂. Hosts were just perfect. From welcome desert to a beatiful outdoor breakfast. They also rent ebikes. We really like this place and dreaming to visit them as soon as possible.
