We had a wonderful time at Pr' Florjan house. On our arrival, communication with the host was fast, helpful, and responsive. We were picked up at the parking lot and assisted with our luggage to bring it into the accommodation. The kids were impressed from the first moment while being ridden on the snowmobile. The location of the house is excellent. It is located near the slopes, and it takes literally 30 seconds to reach the first ski lift. It is situated in a peaceful area surrounded by similar properties, and it is the right spot for a family peaceful weekend. The hosts were amazing, and the food was great. Value for money is certainly 10 out of 10, and we can recommend it to anyone. We will certainly put this place on our favorites list.

The owner is helpful and nice if you need something special. This is a mountain guesthouse, so expect a smaller room, a smaller bathroom. Cleanliness is very good. The bed is harder and makes noises. Towels, soap, paper and more are available in the bathroom. There is no problem with hot water in the shower. Breakfast from 8 to 10 am, if necessary, an earlier breakfast is possible. Sufficient choice for breakfast: pastries, croissants, spreads, jams, eggs, cheese, salami, cottage cheese, fruit, vegetables, coffee, tea, juice. Breakfast without variation. The restaurant in the guesthouse is open from 8 am to 9 pm (Sundays until 7 pm), the kitchen accepts the last order at 7:30 pm. When there are no guests, it may close a little earlier, when there are guests, it may close a little later. Payment cash / card. I recommend the dumpling with walnut filling and vanilla cream from the restaurant. Parking is easy right next to the guesthouse behind the fence. To get to the guesthouse area, you have to drive through the barrier on the road, which the owner will open for you after calling. For further trips through the barrier, ask the owner for a chip card to open the barrier, otherwise you will have to call for each exit / entry into the zone. The journey from / to the valley takes about half an hour by car, the guesthouse is under the top of the mountain. There are cows around the guesthouse, but they will not disturb you. Dogs are welcome. I recommend.

“Tranquil little pension with friendly staff.”

Beautiful and peaceful little pension located just the other side of the hill from Krvavec ski slopes. We stayed in winter for the skiing but the countryside around Pr Florjanu would be ideal for summer walking too. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Rooms are simple but clean, as you would expect from a skiing cabin, and the beds were very comfortable. The dinner was amazing and breakfast buffet had plenty for all tastes. When we ski at Krvavec we usually just come for the day and park at the lower gondola station but we would stay here again.

A beautiful place on top of a hill. We were here in the summer, surrounded by peace, nature, silence, and cows :). Complete relaxation. And the very pleasant and hospitable Mrs. Štefka :). A large selection for breakfast and fresh coffee.

“Beatiful”

Good location, direct connection to the ski resort. Nice breakfast, basically like at home :) Really inviting and helpful staff. It is definitely worth the price.

We spent two nights at this beautiful place. Localita was amazing, personal was so nice and breakfast was delicious! Also our dog was welcomed :) Thank you for lovely holiday here :)

“Wonderful hotel in the middle of nature”

Our room was good enough and we had wonderful view to the nature. The staff was super friendly and helped us with everything we needed. Especially the host was super friendly and gave us great recommendations. Every breakfast was plentiful and delicious.

The hosts are very kind. Location is wonderful. It was great to wake up in the mountains, with a nice view and surrounded by cows, even a poney.

Very helpful staff, real family business with three generations. Breakfast was delicious, with home made jams. The location was just ideal, next to the skislope.

Absolutely nice and helpful owners, they went far behind their duties when they helped us to replace our died battery in car (when all shops were closed). There are beatiful places where you can watch the hills and cows. I recommend it to everyone who would like to run away from everyday rush.

“Magical location”

We stopped here for one night on the way to Croatia and the place is absolutely magical. The location is beautiful, surrounded by mountains with lots of hiking trails around. The staff of the hotel is very friendly and welcomes you very warmly and are very attentive. The rooms are very clean. The lunch/dinner and breakfast were very good! Definitely recommend this place.

“Nice and comfy accommodation right by the slopes”

The location is perfect, right by the piste. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious. The staff is very kind and helpful. Communication with hosts and transport went perfectly smooth. All facilities are very ski-friendly.
