“Best value hotel with the best staff in Cz”
Really peaceful especially at night so a good night’s sleep is guaranteed. Staff were amazing and very accommodating, especially the man on reception and the girl working in the breakfast area. Really professional! The wellness is nice and to be honest, the price I paid for the accommodation was absolutely fantastic for such good value.

“Just okay. Not bad, not great.”
We stayed one night in a presidential apartment and one night in a standard room ( the price were the same - due to black Friday deal for the presidential). The standard room was small, beds less comfy, bathtub 🛁 took too much space (could be a shower). Food (half board) was okay. It's advised to go earlier as the staff do not top up the bufet. Something is out of stock while other food dries out (instead of being added fresher). Spa - okay - yet the floor could be wiped time to time as if busy it is very wet (showers and cloakrooms). Could be more clock in the facilities. I am pretty sure the management can do better.

“Great stay during the hottest summer”
Nice and sympathetic personnel. Big room and well-working facitilites. Nice Friday evening with live music. Near to the golf course. Breakfast was fantastic.

“Good place to eat!”
1. Very friendly staff. 2. Cleanliness 3. Dinner - even as a business guest, I have an option to go for Swedish tables. Choice was petty fine. But mainly the quality and the taste were very nice. 4. And breakfast was even better... very good choice for a 3 star hotel and the quality was great.

Excellent location for trips around Beskydy. Staff very friendly and helpful. Plenty of choice at breakfast. Close to the train station. Very dog friendly. Spacious and quaint decor throughout.
