“I'd recommend to book via hotel,not private owner!!!”
From what I understand I have booked my stay at privately owned room via booking.com . I have stayed for 4nights and there happened to be no cleaning service not even trash taken out in those four days. When I arrived the receptionist had no idea of my booking and had to get in touch with the owner(she was very annoyed about this)! The hotel itself was very good however DONT recommended booking via private owner as no communication in terms of the room and services included.
