I found the staff very welcoming. The room itself was very comfortable- it’s a pleasure to have well controlled heating system, hot water without running the faucet, and a comfortable bed.

I arrived and there was no one at the check in desk. I had to wait at least 10 minutes or more. I was then told that I had two rooms booked for the night. I only booked one room. Hotel told me I had to call online booking company to fix the problem. I then spent 20 minutes on the phone with booking company to resolve problem.

Fridge wasn't working, and no maintenance staff on weekends 😕 also toilet tank was not refilling, I had to manually reset the water fill.
