I booked the room for 5 people. When arriving they told me the do not have these rooms, and gave me a 4 people one…. After talking for a while with them, we were borrowed a matress, sheets and a blanket. Of they dont have these rooms, how could i booked it?

Remodeling entire motel it was cool everywhere but with half of motel being painted is understandable. Heater worked well room I stayed in very clean as w as lobby. Awesome mattress need to see what kind next time there. communication was uneasy but they are making an old motel come back. Give them a try my ancestors started so.eplace too. Good job

Got no sleep the rooms were filthy They had dead bed bugs in the room The first room they tried to give my friend's wasnt even cleaned The gentleman that helps run it is extremely rude And my friends that came with us didn't even have heat in their rooms

“It was a quiet hotel but very unclean and nothing done to rectify it.”
The only good parts of this hotel was its location which was close to the UNI campus and that it was fairly quiet.

“We didn’t stay”
We ended up not staying because the lobby and hallways were dirty and the whole place smelled musty. There was no elevator so not handicap accessible. The web site certainly didn’t match reality.
