“Perfect place for families and pet lovers”
Area of living, availability of bicycles, electrical cars with a track for children, gym, soccer, volleyball pitches, swimming pool perfect for children and more advance swimmers. Morning kitchen outside the lobby building + available restaurant for evenings hours out. Dozen of rabbits children could coegsist during whole visit what a big advantage as well.

Excellent farm-style hotel, especially good for families. The rooms have everything you need, including a private area with a grill, hammock, and sun loungers. Our room had two bathrooms, which is very convenient. The property is large, with a big pool and a restaurant serving excellent pizza. Great breakfasts, with eggs, sandwiches, pastries, fruit, yogurt, and muesli. Overall, everything is very clean, and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

Beautiful apartment and the whole facility/ area in which is very good atmosphere. We enjoyed an excellent breakfast and restaurant, gym, or pool. The children also loved the availability of some older bicycles for guests to move within the facility. Overall, very relaxing premises where you can find excellent location for discover the beauty of Tuscany. We also appreciate very much a good sleep and rest in the apartment. The owners are very nice people, always willing to advise you about possible trips in the region.

“Clean country stay”
This was a pleasant surprise for us after driving 6hrs and choosing this property at random. The room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable and warm at night. My kids loved the rabbit farm, soo cute. Breakfast was help yourself and plentiful of toast, fruit, meats, waffles, savouries & fresh farm eggs. We didn’t use them but they also offer complimentary bicycles to use.

Personal touches, from check-in until we checked out. Willing to offer advice on things to do, how best to experience the local area. Breakfast was excellent, our kids loved everything, the animals, activities, pool area, games. So much to entertain, wish we’d more time to enjoy it all

The hosts were amazing, highly recommend, they go out of their way to make sure all your needs are met, they go above and beyond. The pool was fabulous and the apartments were very clean and spacious. Exceptional value, I could not recommend this place highly enough.

“Can't wait to come back!”
The real gem of Fattoria Palazzeta is its people. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. For example, when the staff noticed there was a room that would better suit our family with a small child, thanks to easier garden access, they kindly upgraded us at no extra charge. We felt completely at home and loved using all the facilities. The room came well-equipped with everything needed for our 1.5-year-old, including a high chair, toilet reducer, bathtub, bike trailer, dinghy, and cot. The bikes available for guests added a fun element to our stay, allowing us to cycle to the beach, which was a blast. The breakfast was also fresh and delicious! We're already excited about our next visit!

“Excellent”
Two floor Bungalow was spacious, living room with sofa, well equipped kitchen, wardrobes and storage, two baths. Garden, grill. Large pool on meter distance and little rabbit farm. Those are properties. But the staff was the best ever. Both ladies give you a home feeling. Certainly give help and advice in all aspects. Was only three days stay next time will be obviously more.

“Beautiful place with great staff”
Cosy apartment - everything was there. Breakfast was very good - toasts, cakes, croissants, juices, eggs and etc. Double bed huge and comfortable. But the best thing about this place is staff - each member was very kind and helpful.

Everything is great, big rooms, very well equipped kitchen, nice “lounge” area in front of the house with spacious garden. Highlights: big swimming pool especially good for children, excellent pizzeria on site, very friendly, easy going and helpfull staff, rabbits living on site - a magnet for kids
