The hotel is so clean and staff are very accommodating with the needs. The only downside is the WiFi is so slow. I couldn't used the WiFi in the room. Have to go down stairs even that still low signal. And also there is no hot water in my room, was about to mentioned it at the reception but I received a note that there's a problem with the hot water.

I had no extra requests at all, yet I stood for a full 40 minutes waiting for my turn just to check out. If you consider that normal, you’re welcome to come and stay yourselves. Other than that, everything else was good.

The ambiance is great. The food is a bit pricey, but it’s definitely worth it especially if you’re in a group, since the servings look enough for 3–4 people to share in one meal.

We loved it, all the staff we're so friendly. With all the different restaurants it was worth the money. Abigael and Armina made the stay special with their charm and character. I'm definitely coming back.
