“It's just nice to stay during night to sleep/rest.”
I think the staff are polite. But the one in the reception during check-in gave me a hard time as she was confused about my booking.

“You getting a lot for not paying a lot”
Location is good price is good we booked for 4 adults and the room was big and comfortable. Staff very helpful getting Grab or taxi premises very clean and maintained

Close to the main street and 2 malls where you can find everything, quiet, the staff is really friendly and talkative, our room was big and clean, you get free bottled water with the room and we also asked to use a kettle( there is no kettle or complimentary tea/coffee in the room but is almost like this everywhere) and we had breakfast included in the rate

Breakfast did not meet expectations. They are advertising with buffet for breakfast and that was what we paid for, but because there were less then 15 hotel guests they did not have buffet!

location is near my work so it is a good one for me. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is good. Room rate is competitive.

Breakfast good, at the price didn’t expect free breakfast! The receptionist tried ordering grab for us and followed up, but no delivery was available due to heavy rain- she went out of her way and was very nice about it! I think her name is Kay.

The staff was amiable and accommodating. All of our special requests were granted and were able to have free use of iron and other kitchen utensils. The food is tasty. We enjoyed eating at their restaurant.
