“Good location but way too noisy”
The location is really central to all facilities. It has a pool and adequate gym. The staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast is ok , same daily but ok.

“Nice located hotel with a great bed and great bathroom”
I stayed at lyf Cebu City two times for one night. Room is not very spacious but provides everything that is needed. A nice bathroom with a great shower (warm, good water pressure, rainshower, amenities), good Wifi and a very comfortable bed. Plus, there is a water dispenser and microwave on every floor. Breakfast has to be booked extra - I found it okay but not very special. There are alternatives close by. They have a nice coffee machine available in the afternoons. Outdoor pool looks nice. I used their gym both times. It offers all basics needed for a proper workout of all main muscle groups. Really appreciated that! Nice location, 7/11 and many restaurants close by. Friendly employees.
