Unregistered guests will not be granted access. I booked for 2 but told I would initially check in alone as my partner would come later. After my partner came at 11 pm after her work, I got my surprise at the gate. I stayed alone or contact the unit owner to get her checked in. At 11 pm the owner was not responding so we both relocated and booked another hotel at midnight! If I booked for 2 it’s unacceptable my partner was not allowed in. Regardless if she’s announced upfront or not. First time I experienced this ever. The unit was kept unslept

“Look somewhere else!”
The complex is OK, but it is is situated far from everything - and it´s close to hopeless to get a taxi. The pool is of goos size, but shallow for swimming. Condoms under the kids bed does not hjelp the total impression. To top it all we never got our deposit for gym and pool back simply ´cause the managementlady never showed up at departure - we waited 30 mins.

The unit needs a lot of pixing, no stove only 1 burner for us to cook, kettle is not working, bath towels have hair, washroom doors cannot lock, many things needs improvement. The pictures showing on site is a mis representation. Its not what we see in real. And also the lady collected cash for payment when it says Credit Card, sometimes we don't carry much cash in the city.. I don't recommend unit 3124 sorry to say this . Thanks

We like the place as it did accommodate 5 of us without a problem. If you are looking for something that will fit your budget, look no further. The price for this condo was not that expensive.It is also near to a mall and restaurants.

At a popular tourist area in Cebu, the site is readily accessible. The setting is fantastic. The hosts were incredibly courteous and provided prompt responses to all of my questions. The space is well-kept, and it is a good size for a family of six. Although the cost is inexpensive, the lodging is of very high quality.
