“Perfect stay”
Comfortable, spacious and quiet rooms, great breakfast that we all enjoyed. Lovely pool and gym. Very friendly staff and helpful staff ! Safe location (in an IT park so theres security overnight). Close to a large mall and good atms.

It is my 3th stay in this Hotel. When i come to Cebu, i allways choose HI. Everything is just perfect and also well organised and the breakfast buffet is among the best i have when i travel.

“Spacious room at a central location. Very accommodating staff.”
The location is central and near Ayala terraces. The room is spacious. We arrived at 11am and the reception was very accommodating and we were granted early checkin for free. The breakfast buffet has great selections. The only thing is that when we ordered the freshly cooked eggs, it arrived late when we were about to finish our breakfast.

“Good enough for Sinolug if you know your way around, certainly the hotel doesn't help you.”
We stayed there for the Sinology Festival. Sure enough there were specific decorations and dancing (you need to tip). The buffet breakfast was good. The hotel was also close to the mall.

“Expectations unmet.”
The reason we rated poor because our expectation that we have free breakfast wasn't met. Here in Canada when we book anywhere either Express Holiday Inn or Holiday Inn Continental breakfast is free, it's part of what we paid and they even encourages guests to bring food while traveling, they have prepared loot bag for guests (fruit, sandwiches, drinks) it's up for the guests to grab loot bags or to choose not) so when we booked for a night here our expectations are same here abroad especially we're club member much to our dismayed at the reception area when we mentioned we're a club member they seemed to be not giving important whether your a club member or not, we're just supposed waited they'll offer us some perks being a member but nothing that causes us to dismayed and frustrated.
