“Great value, great staff.”
The hotel was really pleasant. We were only staying a few nights so wanted something that provided good value in a good location and I wasn't disappointed. The rooms were good, if not basic, but that was expected. The staff were great and very accommodating. The breakfast buffet was very good and the buffet room itself, although small, was very nice.

“Easy to stay in with 6 year old twins. Close to main shopping centre.”
Buffet was amazing and the room was tidy. The staff were AMAZING! So helpful and kind. Laundry was easy. Ring for them to pick up your load and back the next day. We are short stroll away from Ayala (a huge shopping centre) so we’re able to get whatever we needed and close to lots of shops. Anything food wise/groceries wise we needed we used Grab (Uber eats /Uber). Having a decent fridge and freezer in the room was useful when you have kids,

Room is OK but what makes this place good is the staff, location and the breakfast. This hotel is a little gem that's needs a little love, but don't be put off by that as the staff the location and the catering more than makes up for the cosmetic's.
