We booked 3 rooms and we are so very disppointed! This hotel sucks! 1.They have limited parking space and they will call you out early in the morning while you're sleeping just to move your car. (Room 504 and Room 505) 2.The drainage on their CR is clogging as well. (Room 505) 3. We checked in late. We are so tired travelling on our 1st day and we need a warm shower but the water heater is not working. The water was so cold. They told us to wait until morning because they don't have a technician at night. This was unacceptable for my husband who drove almost whole day. So, we end up transferring to another room (From 504 to Rm 304) at around 10:30pm 😡 4. There are cockroaches and rats! My sister left her food on a table and when we went back, oh no! her food has a bite of a rat! There is a small hole on thier door where rats and cockroaches can fit in. While watching TV you can see rats and cockroaches roaming around. (Room 501) 4. Their lightings were so dim. They only have 1 electric socket in Rm 304. 5. Even the lights were dimmed, you can still see that their top sheets were not as clean as you want it to be. When we checked out, they charged us Php 500.00 because of the stain on their dirty sheets because they don't have a laundry which is a big NO NO in a hotel business. (Rm 505) We let all their lapses pass because we know and understand that there is no such thing as a perfect hotel specially for this kinda old hotel until they charged us despite of all negotiations. We are tired and very sleepy but we got disturbed early in the morning just to move the car because someone is going out. But for a stain (which we are not sure if we are the one who really caused it) they will charge us! We requested for an official receipt or sales invoice of the 500.00 charge but they only gave us a voucher which is very unacceptable. We can afford to pay 500.00 but the thought of being taken advantage by this hotel was so unfair and very disppointing.

Some of their staff are accomodating and nice but some are so inconsiderate.

The view of the Capital Building at night from the 5th floor foyer doesn't make up for the misery of the Deluxe Double Room. The friendly reception, roomy lift, airy foyer and fresh room entry door didn't prepare us for the misery inside the hotel room.

The Staff is very friendly . I made a mistake while doing the booking and the lady at the reception was very kind ,helping me having the room that I wanted at the first place. The pictures are matching the rooms. Staff is very responsive.

I like the location. I like that it offers cheap price. I like that they do have parking space. I like that it is not a tall building since I have fear in heights. I also like that they offer free towels, soaps, shampoos and water for drinking. I do like the softness of bed and pillows.
