I would recommend this place. The owner is very responsive with my questions and easy to negotiate. We stayed 4 days with my family while in Cebu. Definitely going back next year.

“A great apartment in a guarded complex, great for families for a home away from home.”
The apartment is in a complex which is guarded and well maintained. We loved especially the two pools (the which costs only 200 pesos per person per day and can be used all day, kids up to 6 years are free) and that it was all close as the kids were able to walk around freely. The beds were comfortable and shower pressure was ok. The apartment was cleanly All staff was very friendly and helpful at all times as well as the communication with the tenants was great.

The beds are big enough especially for foreigners. It has a 7/11 downstairs. Aircon was nice and cold and really enjoyed the whole place. Definitely recommend this Condo to any family or big group.
