“Great hotel”

My partner and I stayed here for 2 nights. It was lovely to use the pools and the food and cocktails were delicious. We used their complimentary kayaks too which was fun. The staff were very welcoming and kind and even left us a little surprise in our bedroom since we got engaged not long before arriving. It’s easy to get to the split using their complimentary golf cart or boat too.

The cabana style is an excellent style, I wish more new developments followed El Ben's lead! The staff were wholesome and extraordinarily helpful. Offering golf cart transfers to and from the ferry, bike rentals, and breakfast brought to our room! We did a snorkel tour and the captain was able to pick us up right from the hotel pier!!

Great place. Calm resort for the perfect holiday experience. There's a free shuttle to the town and they help you organize activities such as snorkeling, ferries to other islands etc. Although you sometimes need to chase them a bit to make it work... Restaurant was good.

“Great hotel, but don’t do your laundry there!”

The property was beautiful, the location was amazing - a great complimentary service was offered by the hotel to get between the split, the boat’s captain (Mike) was friendly and responsive. The staff in the restaurant and reception were very friendly and helpful also.

The hotel itself is stunning. The entire property is well designed and well kept. The room, even with its thatched roof was very clean and cozy.

“Amazing and relaxing stay with amazing staff!”

Everything! The staff was super helpful, they arranged snorkelling trip and answered to all our questions. The room was spacious and very beautiful. Property provides transfer services to the south part multiple times per day which was very convenient. The food they serve is amazing, little bit to pricy but delicious.

“A top location in Belize”

We loved 3 things: a) the stylish and well designed “cabanas”, fully equipped, super clean and spacious, with very comfortable mattresses, b) not too wide, still absolutely sufficient offer of wonderfuly prepared meals and - last but not least - the natural friendliness and willingness to help of all the staff. Thanks to all of you, guys, you made our stay a great vacation!

Everything was beautiful!! The staff was amazing and so attentive. We enjoyed our couples massage. We enjoyed the Valentines dinner and the service by the pool. We asked for a floaty, drinks, an umbrella and towels they were promptly delivered with a smile. Definitely will recommend this magical place to our friends and family. If you want to spend some time living in a place that looks like a postcard, El Ben is it!!

El Ben is simply fabulous. The rooms are wonderful, the entire facility is beautiful, and the staff is incredibly knowledgable and helpful. They scheduled a great tour for us, and figuring out transfers to and from was a breeze.

“A great 2 night stay with a fantastic staff team!”

All the staff we met were exceptional. Really friendly and went out of their way to look after us. For example they decorated the room with balloons and banners for my daughter's birthday which she was thrilled about and also took us early one morning to visit the north part of the island. Our room was clean and spacious and the hotel layout meant it was a nice rest from the busier south island.

El Ben was a beautiful experience. Quiet, clean and comfortable. The staff was very accommodating and made my birthday stay memorable. Murlie, the manager made sure our stay was unforgettable and she was very friendly.

The cabanas are beautiful and well appointed. The grounds are meticulously kept. The staff are very attentive, helpful and warm, plus the restaurant served some of the best meals we had throughout our vacation.
