The restaurant is currently closed for business. The location was a little distance from the Ferry but Taxis are available. The Hotel was very quiet and we felt very safe there.

Everything. Rooftop pool fantastic, brilliant location. Reasonably quiet, great room with quiet a/c! Staff could not have been more helpful. Restaurant and bar were closed but didn’t matter at all as so many options locally. Will definitely stay again and would recommend

The room and its facilities were superb. The view from the room was encouraging. The recreational area with the pool tables and the service were quite good. The front lobby area was spacious and the front desk staff friendly and supportive. The parking area was satisfactory.

Room was comfortable, nice and big. Staff were friendly and helpful. Proper hotel which there isn’t much of on the island. Location was great and the rooftop while needing some updating was really nice!

the location is great - close to the center of the action in CC, but off the strip. The rooms are quiet and block all sound. We had a cute balcony as well. the beds are the MOST COMFY ever!! Rooms are large, with tall ceilings. We had an nissue with our AC unit, which was promptly addressed by hotel staff. Everyone was so kind and helpful. I woudl definitely return to this lovely spot.

“Not worth the money at all. Rude staff. Unsafe”

Booked a room through booking.com having read the good reviews. The only option was a non-refundable stay. Unfortunately, this stay was to follow a sailing tour which was cancelled due to bad weather and rearranged over some nights of my booking. I visited the hotel days prior to my check in as I was already on the island to explain the situation and ask if it were possible to modify my booking. The lady on reception at this point was somewhat helpful, but was quite abrupt, answered the phone several times mid-conversation and would ignore me until I was stood right at the desk asking for assistance. She clicked several buttons on my booking.com booking on my phone and agreed to cancellation policies without my permission. It was clear that I would have to pay for the 7 nights stay, even though I would only be there for 4. Upon check in, I agreed to pay the full cost (I would be charged the same even if I didn’t stay) and spoke with a different lady at reception who was much more helpful. I asked if it would be possible to be provided with a receipt which stated that I had paid for 7 nights but only been in the room for 4. The lady said this wouldn’t be a problem and reassured me I would have it that night, I did not receive it and after checking again, was told I would be given it upon my return. When I returned to the hotel 3 days later, I was told by this same lady that she does not have the form as the manager wanted to give it to me herself. I spoke with the manager later that day who told me she cannot provide me with such form and only a receipt which shows I stayed all 7 nights. I am disappointed that I was lead to believe I would be issued this form and had to constantly chase for it throughout my stay. The room itself was lovely and very clean. However, I was given a room below a bar/casino. All night there was loud music and snooker balls dropping on the floor. In addition, the shower head is so powerful that it does not stay in its holder.

Modern quality of construction. Security.

I loved the quick access to the center of town and modern, clean rooms. Bikes will make your exploration much easier, and they have some available to rent. Shower was nice & hot with good pressure, a huge plus when traveling.
