“Old town base in Cavtat”

Comfortable beds. Multiple bathrooms. Close to beach and restaurants. Host was very pleasant to deal with. When it was raining very heavily on our arrival, she offered us an alternative apartment where we could park directly outside and avoid getting wet. Would stay there again.

The villa is lovely, in a nice location in Cavtat. There is too much emphasis on how hard the access is. There is a reasonable route that avoids many steps.

The most beautiful house, situated in a lovely quiet street. From the outside area to the bedroom at the top, everything was presented beautifully and immaculately. The Villa had everything we needed and more. If i had any questions, the host was never long in coming back to me. Its a Short walking distance to everything in Cavtat, the sea, restaurants, bus depot etc... Everything straight forward, from the transfer which the villa arranged for me at a good price from the airport to leaving again. I would definitely stay here again and I would definitely recommend it. See you soon Villa Anita.

Loved the location. Some guests have mentioned steps however there is path access from the side of the church that my elderly parents managed fine. We also had a new born baby and were fine. Property had everything you could think of. Very well prepared and stocked.

Lovely house on top of the hill with amazing views of the mountains to the east and the Adriatic and marine at the west Very clean home with new appliances, very modern, beautifully renovated but still charming as is an old building in the village. The host Anita and her family were fantastic.

The owner was nice and welcoming, the house was clean, amazing view and really close to the seaside. I like that there was already oil, salt and other basic things to cook. The house was clean and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Really quiet and for families

Plenty of space for a family of four - we liked that the two bedrooms were both en suite and you could chose between twin beds or doubles. Very clean and a nice place to relax after a day at the beach. Very central to town

Villa is beautiful and has everything you need. Location is very convenient for restaurants, bars, beach and marina if you plan taking a boat trip. Only 5 minute walk to restaurants and bars. Anita also arranged very comfortable transfer to airport for us at reasonable charge.

Lovely apartment over three floors with two bedrooms/en suites. Well equipped kitchen and clean and comfortable. Villa is up the hill just 2 mins behind the main promenade. Host very helpful and communicative.

We had great communication from the host in advance who also arranged a taxi from the airport and met us with the keys and gave us an introduction to the property. It really is as good as it looks in the listing!

A modern apartment with required facilities. We got new towels when we asked, we even got towels to bring with us to the beach. The beach (Rat-beach) is only three minutes walk from the apartment, a nice beach with a restaurant nearby.
