“Please consider staying here with Niksa, you won’t regret it!”
The owner, Niksa, was incredibly accommodating and kind. He very kindly gave us free transfers to and from the airport and even took us on a short drive round the town centre upon arrival so that we were familiar with where everything is. The accommodation itself was basic, but had everything you would need and is set on beautiful grounds with a small terrace under a grapevine with surrounding fruit trees. A very short (hilly) walk to the town centre! Absolutely would stay here again!

“Excellent stay,with really welcoming host.”
This was one of the best stays I have ever had.Excellent location and the host Niksa was so friendly and welcoming.I was on my own and arrived into Dubrovnik around 10pm ,Niksa collected me for free and brought me to the accomadation.He also brought me to the bus for my next destination.I would really recommend a stay here.

Exactly as advertised, every thing needed for self catering. Niksa was a perfect host and very kindly picked us up from the airport. We enjoyed sitting under the grapevine shelter for our breakfast and tea.

A lovely elderly man met us at the airport and drove us to the room for two we rented for a week. The apartment is small, but is well equipped. Cavtat is just beautiful and if you want to go exploring for beaches with less tourists try north of Cavtat centre.. We recommend Apartments Milanovic. Niksa looked after us like we never expected. Everyone who would like to meet the friendliest landlord in Croatia should stay here. Thank you for hosting us, Niksa. You are a beautiful human being. Best regards Aud and Jeff

Our host, Niksa, contacted us before our trip and met us at the airport on arrival and took us back to the airport on our return. We were made to feel very welcome. The apartment was exceptionally clean.

“Great! Great stay, great town and great owner”
A cozy and centrally located place only a few minutes walk to centrum, shops, restaurants and cafés. The owner was very friendly and welcoming, allowing us to check in earlier and even drove us to the airport after our stay. The place has everything you need; a fully equipped kitchen, wardrobe, microwave and even a washing machine. Except no shampoo or shower gel.
