“Budget guesthouse with lovely view and big balcony near Marina”

The owner Maro was very helpful with anything needed or missing in room and helpful getting back me back to the airport for early flight, he answered no problem on his phone for all queries. The view from the balcony is absolutely lovely to look out on the marina. Location is near marina( just 2 steep hills) Plenty of utensils in room, kettle, sandwich maker, iron & ironing board, hairdryer in room. I had double room only here but their is beautiful studio apartment in this guesthouse with an amazing view

“Perfect!”

You wont get a more perfect apartment! The location, views across the bay, room facilities & the attentive host Maro. I stayed here once before a few years ago, and it will continue to be the place I return to. I recommend your apartments and Cavtat to anyone i speak to. Loved the location near the harbour. Amazing views of Cavtat from the balcony. A bakery for breakfast at the end of the street. Lots of lovely restaurants and cafes within walking distance. This apartment had everything we needed.

The property manager Maro was pleasant and attentive on the single time we met him (on arrival), and he speaks good English. Lovely little terrace. Spacious rooms. Good shower, with lots of hot water. Close to the centre. Convenient parking.

Perfect location for exploring Cavtat and the most stunning view Maro was really welcoming and made it clear that he could be contacted should we need anything.

Excellent room exactly as shown in pictures when booked. 2 minutes walk to harbours shops and restaurants.

Good communication with owner, Maro. He organised our taxi airport transfer, right to the door. Great location, overlooking the port. Bed very comfortable and plenty of bedding , got a bit chilly on the evening. Bakery at bottom of road, first class.

“Fabulous stay Maro such a fantastic host”

Loved the location 2 mins walk to centre, stayed numerous times before but not with Maro , will definitely stay here again ,Maro greeted us delayed flight after midnight when we arrived and he was waiting for us, he was so kind to us.Really bad weather one day grocery store was shut, and asked us if we needed anything from supermarket that he was going outside area so he braught bk a couple of bottles of soda which was very kind of him. Such a lovely manager host 10-10 would recommend these apartment to everyone really good value. Thankyou again Maro we will definitely be back👌

“Garden Apartment”

We stayed in the one bedroom garden apartment. It was spacious and well equipped. Huge comfortable bed. Plenty of hot water and a decent shower with loads of towels. Nice terrace to sit out for breakfast or a glass of wine. Maro the owner was contactable by WhatsApp for any queries. Easy short walk into the centre of town.

The view was amazing. So close to the main area where there are lots of lovely restaurants. Very clean and tidy. The towels and bedding smelt lovely and fresh. Maro was a fabulous host. He sorted out our return to the airport and was always on hand if you needed him Cavtat is a fabulous place .

“Great stay”

Cavtat is my favorite place. The apartment I rented is in a grate location, just a few minutes’ walk from the center with a private tarrace from which you can see the sea, the port, and Dubrovnik in the distance. The apartment is fully equipped and was spotlessly clean. Maro (host) is amazing and at your service 24 hours a day.
