La Quinta seems to have spent some time and money upgrading over the last few years I have used the brand for a long time , the overall hotel is good .clean , seems well maintained . Comfortable beds room was pleasant to be in shower and bathroom all in working order

“Wonderful relaxing environment, close to Hard Rock Casino.”
The room was clean & nice. The decor was modern and beautiful. I loved that there was a good sized bar, with good seating in the lobby. The shuttle to Hard Rock was so convenient. The hot breakfast was good, wonderful waffles. Overall it is great place to stay.

The tub was not working. Water was leaking everywhere. There was a spider on the bed, the bed looked dirty and there was no hot water at night.

I had a room booked with booking site. I had used my CC on the booking site. I had a conformation number. I just called the hotel and wanted to just let them know that we would not be checking in till about 10pm. After I explained why I was calling to the hateful lady that answered the phone she just in the hateful way told me that it didnt matter they were not taking anyone today. She did not tell me why she just said that they contacted all of the sited like booking.com, Travelocity Etc. and thats they should find us a place and refund our money. It is now 4 days later and I have heard nothing. Being that this was at about 3pm I found no rooms close to the airport. I finally found a place that was twice as much.
