Location of the house in middle of Terme Čatež camp is excellent. House is easy accessible by car (parking in front), or by foot from Terme Čatež waterpark. Nice tree make excellent natural shade on back patio. Three air conditions are more than fine for such size of premises. Nets on the windows would be a nice benefit.
