“Lovely property in the heart of Catania with an owner who is an official tour guide of Mount Etna!”

The owner, Loredana is lovely and went out of her way to provide information and guidance to us for our visit to Catania and Mount Etna. She provided the online information for how to book a guided tour on the volcano and she could have taken us to the volcano herself as she is an official tour guide! The room was clean and spacious decorated using local interior design. The location of the property is ideal for visiting the sites of Catania by foot.

The location was excellent, just off the central piazza. The bedroom was comfortable and cool, we slept so soundly. The shower room was immaculate and had everything we needed. The staff we met were so friendly and welcoming.

This small, charming hotel is located very centrally with easy access to all the main sites and eateries in Catania. Both the owner and manager are on hand to take care of guests, meaning there is a very personal service. Breakfasts were first rate. The rooms are spacious, characterful and charming. We would certainly come back.

Host was extremely helpful and efficient. She assisted with sightseeing and also organised taxis to the airport.

The location is great, just 5 min from piazza de Uomo, you can walk to all the tourist attractions. Loredana is a great host she gave us a welcome drink and also we had an upgrade room, she also helped us with all the information about where to go and how to get there! Very helpful!! Comfortable bed!

Great location, excellent host We loved our stay at that apartments in the historic center. The owner was very helpful, offering secure paid parking (€20/day) and providing perfect English communication before arrival. The apartment was spacious and well-equipped. The homemade breakfast with Sicilian pastries was a lovely touch. We really appreciated the personal recommendations and map for exploring Catania and Sicily. A wonderful, cozy start to our trip. Highly recommended!

The location was perfect for exploring Catania old town and close to cafes and restaurants. We received a very warm welcome and lots of help organising airport transfers, tours and restaurants. The room was clean and spacious.

Loredana and the team went above and beyond from the moment I arrived at the train station to be collected, greeted outside on arrival, smooth check in, complimentary upgrade based on availability, dealt with some urgent printing and scanning for me and basically responsive to all messages at lightning speed! Faultless.

Beautiful old building close to city centre but outside of ZTL. Parking was easy on the main street.

The host Loredana was incredibly kind and knowledgeable and provided an enormous amount of help from picking us up at the airport to accompanying us to our bus stop and ensuring we took the right bus. I can’t stress how kind she was. Her knowledge of Catania was immensely helpful in our stay. Sara at reception is a wonderful asset to the hotel.Both spoke excellent English which is not common. They are a great team. The location is only minutes from Piazza Dei Duomo. It could not be more central. The rooms were spacious and beautifully furnished and retained period features. The breakfast included home cooked Sicilian delicacies. A shuttle service is provided to and from the airport/ bus station at a reasonable fee. You feel that every detail is provided to make guest stays more enjoyable.

Room was very comfortable, breakfast was excellent, staff were superb and very accommodating.
