“Very poor management.”
The location was good to the old town and many sites, but the building was old, no elevator, no receptionist for check in or out. The premises is run entirely as a hands off set up. You will never see the landlord for anything. We spent a long time waiting to get into the premises, and only got in because my girlfriend had an EU phone to call the landlord. Repeat: you will never see the landlord!

“Nice appartment in a good location”
Nice and cozy appartment with high ceilings and fantastic bedroom with stuning view from the balcony. You can definitely feel italian spirit there! Clean and refurbished bathroom is rather small, but it's in oldtown so it's quite common there. Very good location, in a walking distance from the main sightseeing places. Nice place for breakfast just in front of the building!

Breakfast in a cafe just downstairs was very good. They serve excellent cappuccino and propose a lot of snacks. One of the bar/restaurants streets is just 3 minutes from the building which was great. Easy check in - there's a box with a code so we could check in whenever we wanted Air conditioning works well!

Perfect location (bus station few meters from main door, Piazza del Duomo couple of minutes walking), clean and comfortable room, kind and nice staff, good Wi-Fi. Many great restaurants and bars nearby. Breakfast (coffee, juice, water, cornetto) in a cafe across the street.
