“Beautiful romantic place with great staff and food”
We had a wonderful stay at Neroli Bio Relais! We travelled in March so it was very quiet, one night we were the only guests but the staff made us feel so welcome! Food was excellent especially the fresh orange juice at breakfast was the best we had on the island. We loved the feature of the stone floor in the old barn rooms.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The breakfast was excellent, especially the fresh orange juice and the delicious homemade jam — a perfect way to start the day. The staff were outstanding: always ready to help, professional, and welcoming us with a genuine smile. The location is ideal for anyone planning to visit central Sicily and the southeastern region. It made exploring the area very convenient. Last but not least, the restaurant is a real highlight. Having such a high-quality restaurant at the hotel is a huge plus. The food was fresh and delicious, and after a full day of sightseeing and driving, it was so nice to relax and enjoy a great meal without having to go out again. Highly recommended!

“Perfect Etna stay”
Excellent location, service, breakfast, view. We arrived v early on check in day and Roberta kindly processed us and we sat by the pool, had an outstanding lunch with a delicious wine with that Etna view. A place to relax before flying home after a full on East Sicily itinerary. Was recommended by colleagues who stayed there few months ago and we will definitely recommend to others.

The breakfast was really good with lots of choice. They catered for me having to be gluten free with even a gluten free cake. The staff were so welcoming and friendly and went out of their way to give us information that was useful. The building was beautiful in peaceful surroundings.
