“Wonderful two night stay in Catania”

Perfect place for our two night stay in Catania. Great location to explore the fabulous city. Comfortable beds, good shower. Air con worked well and was quiet. We didn’t use the kitchen but it appeared to have everything you might need. Excellent communication with Andrea. The steps between the rooms are steep and narrow but weren’t a problem for us. Thank you Andrea we really enjoyed our stay, have fallen in love with Catania and hope to come back x

The location was excellent - really close to local cafes, bars and restaurants. It's in a lively area but we loved the atmosphere and felt safe. Andrea was a great host, very attentive. The townhouse has been nicely decorated and it had everything we needed. We liked having the 2 separate bedrooms. It was an excellent base for our trip. We would definitely use again.

Very nice small apartment in downtown Catania, 10 metres away you have tons of restaurants and bars. Privacy in central city!

Nice location in the center of the city, near restaurants, very close to the commercial streets.The kids loved the flat as they had a separate little living room where they could play.

“Charming house in the heart of the city, highly recommended”

A small house in the heart of the city, next door to the one of the best streets for dining in Catania. The garage is just 50 meters away which made our trip even more convenient (it was a motorcycle road trip). Andrea is an excellent host and wast here to accommodate all our requests immediately. He even shared some great biking roads on mount Etna :). The property actually looks better in person than on the photos. You have your own small private house in the heart of the city, and at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

The property is in excellent condition, very clean and located near plenty of restaurants offering great Italian food. A complete house for a price of small hotel room, that's a great value. The owner stays in touch during entire stay in case there is something needed. I‘m very happy that I‘ve picked this place for my holidays.

First of all, Andrea is an amazing host! The house is nice and clean, equipped with all of the required home appliances and comes with one main bedroom, two separate beds on the third floor and two separate bathrooms. The house is centrally located, with a few nice restaurants right around the corner. There is a bus stop at three minute walking distance from the house, in case you don’t want to take a taxi. The central station is approximately 5 minute driving distance (20 min walking).
