We had an absolutely wonderful stay, and Guglielmo was the perfect host! From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. He provided us with incredibly detailed information and fantastic insider tips for exploring Catania, Taormina, and the surrounding areas. His recommendations for local restaurants and parking were spot-on and saved us so much time and effort. The accommodation itself was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and very quiet, making it the perfect place to relax after a long day of sightseeing. A really nice host!

I was pleasantly surprised by both the good location and the unbelievable hospitality of the host. After our arrival, the host showed us in detail where we can go and what we can see. In addition, he answered all of our questions and was helping us throughout the stay. The accommodation is really close to all of the necessary stops, shops and all of the interesting sights as well as really good restaurants. The host provided us with information not only about Catania but also about all of the cities nearby that we wanted to visit. After asking for one simple thing such as a kettle, we were provided with way more than we expected. Truly a wonderful human being that really helped us make our stay more memorable. I highly recommend.

It had all the basic necessities and the location was very good and central-10 min walk from city centre. Quite clean and very kind owner.

Guglielmo was the most heart-warming host we met in our trip to Sicily. We stayed in Catania for two nights and he told us the places to visit and where to eat. He was always open to help and answered quickly. It was very nice as this was our first time in Catania,l. The room was everything we needed, we stayed in a room with a private bathroom and also there was a small private terrace, ideal for late mornings or evenings.

Guglielmo is a great host who is very warm and welcoming and has a great knowledge of what to do around the city. You can count on him to give you great recommendations for restaurants etc. He definitely made us feel like guests, not like clients

We loved that place! The location is excellent, only few minutes to walk from the centre and the main street where the bars and restaurants are. The whole interaction with Gugliemo was easy. He is a wonderful person, ready to help. Offered us coffee, snacks and even sweets when we leave the property, and is sincerely good snd happy with his clients. The room was clean, big, quiet, and we had very good sleep.

“Great location, clean room and the best host!”

Guglielmo was the best host in our life! He made our stay special from the very beginning, recommending us the landmarks for sightseeing, restaurants and also fulfilled our extra requests, always with smile on his face and positive energy. The accommodation itself is perfect price/quality/location choice, being 5-10 mins walk from the city center, placed in a calm area. The room was clean and we got also the fresh towels during the stay.

The host was THE BEST. Localization very good, close to city center. Room very clean and comfortable.

Guglielmo as host is great. The location of this B&B is quite close to the city center but not in the city center. Everything is clean and tidy.

Spacious, clean and well equipped room, in a very convenient location, near Villa Bellini, just a short minute walk from the historical centre, ideal for any kind of traveler visiting Catania. The real highlight however is the owner/host Guglielmo who is one of the kindest people you will ever meet. His genuine interest and welcoming attitude goes above and beyond, showcasing sincere care for the guests, and forming real relationships. From the moment you reach the property and every moment from then, he will be actively there for you, offering the best tips for Catania and Sicily, treating you with delicious coffee and constantly checking in to make sure that your stay is excellent. We left Catania having made a new friend. If you are looking for an affordable, but extremely confortable, enjoyable and pleasant stay, this is the place for you!

“Sicilian hospitality near Villa Bellini”

If you plan on staying here, be prepared to be welcomed by the most heart-warming, kind, joyful and friendly host you will ever come across. From the moment we arrived (on very short notice) until we were back home Guglielmo genuinely cared about our well being and experience @ his place and Catania. His tips and recommendations were always spot on and guided us to some less frequented places around the city (certainly food wise). Room and bathroom are spotless, well maintained and have A/C. All rooms do have private bathrooms, but not all of them are en-suite. If this is of importance to you just make sure to book the right one. Anyhow, don't let this be a deal breaker as Guglielmo's kindness will easily make up for this! For coffee lovers around, his morning espresso/cappuccino will give you a lovely start of the day and are by far one of the better coffees we have ever had staying at hotels/B&B's. Most of the sights around are within walking distance and the neighborhood is nice and quiet, certainly to Sicilian standards. All in all just give this place a visit and experience true Sicilian hospitality.

Guglielmo, thank you so much for your hospitality. I’ve never had such an incredible host. During our short stay, he treated us to delicious fruit in the evening and the best espresso in the morning. He also gave us clear directions to the nearest bus stop so we could easily get to the airport, which was especially helpful as we were quite tired after a long journey from another part of the island. The place is spotless and well-maintained, and the neighborhood is fantastic—just a 10-minute walk from the city center. Guglielmo truly went above and beyond. It's a pity it was our last day in Catania, but we will definitely stay at his place again if we return.

“Lovely place with good localisation”

The room and the bathroom were comfortable and clean. Localisation is very good, we were able to get everywhere on foot. Many good restaurants nearby and the Main Street & square around 10-15 minutes on foot. The host is super, super nice and helpful, gave us lots of recommendations and helped us with booking attractions and moving around the city. I highly recommend this place!!

Cozy place very close to the city centre. Easy to walk around. Guglielmo is very very friendly, funny and helpful with whatever you need. Lots of good recommendations for food, things to see and do. The room was nice and clean and a perfect size for a couple. We only stayed for one night cause we were going to the other side of Sicily, but if we had been staying for longer we would’ve definitely stayed at Guglielmo’s. Highly recommend, 10/10!
