The location is very central, but maybe to central. We arrived after dark. The taxi dropped us off several blocks away because the hotel was in a pedestian zone. We tried to find with Google maps and asked several people in the area where it was. Even standing directly in front of the hotel we did not notice the sign and there was not an obvious door. Get very specific instructions before you go.

“This is not a luxury hotel, do not stay here.”
The staff here are really friendly and the room and bathroom is extremely spacious. It is very near the Duomo but there are other much nicer places to stay at for the price.

The hotel is in the best location within walking distance to all the attractions and to the main square. The staff were fabulous. Always helpful, especially the ladies on reception and also the girls who looked after us at breakfast. It's also got a lot of wonderful trattorias to choose from in the area for food and of course great gelato shops and canoli shops. Thank you to the staff for looking after us. We had a wonderful stay in Catania!

“The best hotel and location”
Fabulous hotel in the best location - great rooms - lots of light - lovely balcony over the street and amazing double glazed doors so no noise from outside - lovely staff, lots of great info provided / lots of great bars and restaurants 2 minute walk away and you’re right at the cathedral and duomo
