“Excelent Host and place”

It was very nice! It’s inside a residential building, but the instructions from Rosario (the host) were very clear and helpful. The room was impecable. The place it’s 6 min from a subway station. And Rosario is the best host ever, he provides recommendations for every place you want to go. Always offering help. I recommend this place.

The place was very nice, comfortable, and clean. It had everything we needed for a very pleasant stay. Rosario, the owner, was always very attentive to us. Even upon arrival, when we lost internet on our cell phones and we were lost, he was very kind and waited for us and came to our rescue. The breakfast was good. The place was easily accessible by bus and subway. We especially appreciated Rosario's kindness. We will return soon

Everything! Rosario is an excellent host, the place is conveniently located, close to public transport, just a few mins from the Borgo metro station. The room was clean and had everything I needed. Rosario was very kind and provided ample breakfast which I couldn't even finish. He is helpful and is available for any doubts you may have. I would definitely recommend this place for your stay in Catania!

On this occasion, we must tell you: The host of the house ,Rosario, welcomed us so nicely, he explained to us how to easily find our way around the city (for transportation and everything else), told us about the beautiful places of Catania. We are very grateful to him. I must even mention this, every time we come back from a walk, there is always a treat waiting for us at the door. The accommodation had everything you need. It is very clean and worm. It is located in a quiet area and ideal for a tour of historical centers of Catania. Thank you Rosario for everything, and we hope to see you again! You are the best !!! It was a real pleasure to stay to Rosario, the conditions were very good, the location is perfect, close to the metro and the city center (walking distance). Rosario is an extremely kind host, he gave us a lot of information and links to tourist attractions in Catania and the surrounding area. I highly recommend!

“It was an enjoyable stay”

The room was clean, i liked the furniture (it’s a mix of modern and old), the shower in the room was odd, but fun. The breakfast was tipical Italian, sweet stuff only. But there’s a fridge in the room and two shops nearby if u want something else. We liked that the TV had a device that allowed us to mirror our phones and watch a movie late at night, after all the walking we did during the day. The internet was really fast. The neighbourhood was pleasant. You can reach the old center of Catania in 15-20 min walk. It’s in a non-ZTL area and we found parking on the nearby streets. Rosario, the owner, has a really good vibe. He helped us with info and was very nice regarding our last breakfast. As we were leaving the property at 6 in the morning, he gave us food the day before.

Extremely nice welcome by the host Rosario after a long travel day despite our late arrival due to a delayed flight. Rosario had sent us in advance instructions how to find the place and was readily available via phone to guide us during arrival. Parking space was available in the close neighborhood. We found the apartment clean, cozy and well equipped. Although we had to leave early next morning we found some food for a quick breakfast available. Super nice. We can absolutely recommend the place!

The host was great, he helped us with everything we needed. The room was cosy and had everything you needed for breakfast, coffee and different amenities we might needed. The location seemed safe and was not far from the city center. Would really love to stay there again :)

Great experience – in general, and in detail. Whenever I look for a place to say, the first thing I do is read the negative comments. Here, there was literally nothing in the comments that could make me worry in any way. I knew I’d be in good hands the moment I messaged Rosario about one thing the first time. He was very responsive and detailed in his answers. Extremely helpful to make sure I had all I needed. I wanted to switch rooms – no problem. When I arrived, and as far as breakfast, he adjusted to my food preferences – no problem at all again. On site, he kept repeating I should tell him whenever I’d need anything. Just wow… I also received detailed instructions on how to get to his place. Rosario communicates in an extraordinarily kind way, which makes you feel at ease. I’ve never met such a thoroughly pleasant, well-mannered, and thoughtful person. Sometimes I even felt bad asking for anything else, as I thought I had already asked for too much. He never made me think I should feel this way, though. As far as the place itself – it’s conveniently located. I think I didn’t expect Catania to be this big, but moving to the city center was no problem, as there was a subway station nearby – efficient, on time, and fast. There were shops and restaurants around, as well. The building itself was spotless on the inside and located within a gated area – which was clean, too. Rosario’s place – very clean, and very nicely decorated with vintage elements, which is totally my style, and that, additionally, made me feel “at home”. There was a fridge and a coffee maker (along with delicious coffee to use) in the room. A bottle of water waiting in the fridge after the arrival was godsend. The bathroom felt fresh, had towels and toiletries. The bed was clean and comfortable. If I ever come back to Catania again, I will stay with Rosario, hands down.
