“Ecpectations exceeded”
Luciano is an incredible host who goes above and beyond, making you feel instantly welcome and helping out with everything from local trips and advice and even arranged our trip back to the airport. Staff are very friendly too. Room: Beautiful, spacious, and bright, featuring a lovely blend of historic high ceilings and modern, comfortable amenities. Cleanliness: The entire property and bathroom are spotlessly clean and meticulously maintained. Location: Perfect central location on Via Umberto I, making it an easy walk to Via Etnea, Villa Bellini, public transport, and fantastic local restaurants. Overall: A wonderful, high-value experience that makes you feel right at home in Sicily.

“Good place to stay at affordable prices”
The room was very big and the beds were good. Bathroom was also quite big. Lots if good restaurants were nearby. Breakfast was good and served personally by the owner who was very helpful and chatty. The building itself was grand old high ceiling four floors with several occupants.

Everything was exceptional. From the check in till the check out. Excellent location. Few steps to everything you need. Such as good restaurants. Clean B&B and the best of all a very kind and gentle owner. Reply very fast and helped for every thing we needed.

“Great stay, beautiful room, very clean”
Great B&B. The room was beautiful, very clean, great detals and amenities, it felt like it had just been renovated. Very good communication with the host, we could park in their garage for a small extra fee. Breakfast was very good. Located within short walking distance of all sightseeing spots.

“Great-value accommodation in the city centre”
Excellent accommodation in Catania city centre. Easy walking distance to the main sights and loads of good cafes, bars and restaurants. The place was spotlessly clean with everything we needed for our stay. Staff were friendly and helpful and gave us lots of useful information for our visit. Our room had a little balcony which was amazing for sitting out all evening and watching the life on the square outside. Admittedly the location is not that quiet as it's in a lively area, so it's possible to hear some sound from the street in the room, but this didn't bother us at all. I loved the room decor with lovely floor tiles, plus the inclusion of art prints from Gaugin, Modigliani and Schiele was a nice touch for me. Great value for money overall, would highly recommend.

Realy great lolalizatlion, on first flor, with view on squere. Close to via Etna and passage of beautiful bars and restaurants. If you gona go to the beach, it's rather far.
