“Relaxing oasis for a stay in Catania”
Art & Jazz hotel is one of those places where we wished we had stayed longer! We had booked for one night because it is a short walk from Catania Centrale station, and it certainly is convenient for that. However, once we stayed we realised that we should have stayed longer as Art and Jazz hotel would have been a great base to explore Catania. Our bedroom was spacious and comfortable with a well equipped bathroom, including an excellent shower. Everything was spotlessly clean. The breakfast was a very comprehensive buffet in a very pleasant dining room. Indeed, the public spaces, indoor and outdoor were all very comfortable- I wish we had had more time to enjoy them. The staff at reception were very welcoming and helpful. The whole hotel had a relaxing atmosphere that was ideal after the bustle of the city. While we couldn’t stay longer this time, we are certainly planning to return to Art & Jazz hotel in the future.

“A convenient and reasonably placed Hotel”
A very clean comfortable Hotel pleasant helpful staff. Decoration, quirky but interesting Near to the station but a little further from the main area of town.

A lovely clean hotel, with extremely helpful staff. Continental breakfast nice Good location about 20 minute walk from the old town where the shops and restaurants are. Also a 20 minute walk from the seafront where a few bars and restaurants are located. A 5 minute walk from the train station

“Just OK. Not good, not great, not excellent...”
It is hard to say what I liked. All in all it was ok, but not something to be happy about. It was clean, but bathroom and overall hotel equipment could use some refreshment. Coffee was ok.

“Charming, Clean & Super Convenient for Transport”
Small hotel with so much character. The artwork throughout gave it a really warm, charming feel. Facilities and rooms were spotless and comfortable — exactly what we needed. The 24-hour front desk was a huge plus since we had a late-night flight. You’re only a few minutes’ walk to both buses and trains, which made getting around effortless. Breakfast looked wonderful, though sadly we didn’t have time to try it. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly from check-in to check-out. We would definitely recommend and stay again.

“Catania is rough on edges but has heart of gold. Mt Etna is unique”
Staff here are fabulous, helpful and knowledgeable It was so much fun staying in this quirky hotel, with art on walls and in rooms. The breakfast was generous and good quality and there were different areas to relax in, besides our room. Do visit the bar Savia for ariancini and canolo An excursion to MtEtna is unique, like no other place I’ve visited

“Unique small hotel close to downtown”
Great location 20 min on foot to every important street. Wonderful interior extremely clean and friendly staff. They give us charger for the phone because we forgot it.

Friendly staff quick check in Modern well equiped room well stocked bathroom Felt safe in chaotic catania,10 mins walk from centrale. Stairs took some getting used to if you need to use the toilet during the night. Simple italian style breakfast.
