“Great, well equipped cottage”

Superby equipped cottage in the old style, with the host thinking of everything you could possibly need. This included things like salt and pepper, washing up liquid, kitchen roll, etc. Very comfortable bed and very cosy on arrival which was really appreciated given the low temperature outside. So was the complimentary bottle of Canadian wine, which was delicious! This was an excellent choice and would highly recommend!

Everything has been planned by the host to offer a maximum of comfort to the guests away from home: luxury towel & linen, safety bars in the shower, complimentary bottle of wine, social games, books, fireplace, washer & dryer, etc.

Very quiet location. 10-15 minutes drive to Bonavista, supermarkets, cafes, Elliston (for puffins). Great for trail or coastal walks.

Everything was perfect. The cottage was spotlessly clean and the owner had provided everything to make it comfortable and a real home away from home. The trail leading to arch rock from the cottage is well marked and easy. I did it with my 9 year old. The area is beautiful, lots to see. We stayed for 2 nights but wished we had longer.

Location was good for visiting Bonavista and Trinity. The cabin has all you need for a self catering holiday, including laundry facilities. Very clean, modern, comfortable, highly recommended

Bright and very clean cabin. wonderful little electric fireplace. Big bedrooms, lots of towels. Big fridge, water cooler and anything else you could possibly want.

Great place to stay! I would recommend this cottage to anyone staying in the area. Puffins and great trails close by. There is a trail that starts in the backyard of the cottage that takes you up to a lookout point and then on towards Arch Rock. Little Catalina also has a nice sandy beach just a 5 minute walk from the cottage. Met some lovely local people!
