The cottage has everything you need for pleasant stay, it is very comfortable, and in a good location. Walking distance to the Catalina Arch Rock. Perfect location to get some solitude as it is in a very quiet neighborhood. The host was excellent; it was easy to get into the cottage, and parking was just in front . About 20 minutes distance to the Arch rock.

We had a wonderful stay here. The house is very cozy and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. During the snowstorm, the host even came to help shovel the snow for us, which we really appreciated. They were also incredibly thoughtful and let us know we could have a late check-out because of the weather, and shared helpful road condition information with us. Their kindness made the whole experience so much easier. This is definitely one of the most friendly and wonderful places you could choose to stay. Highly recommended.

The Harbour Mist cottage was beautiful! Very modern, clean, and in a quiet location! Donna has really thought of everything to make a stay here as enjoyable as it possibly can be! My husband and I highly recommend the Lavenia Rose Cottages!!

Very quiet location, off main road, plenty of parking space. About 10-15 minutes drive to e.g. Bonavista, supermarkets, cafe, Elliston (for puffins) etc.

The place was good and quiet. Nice neigborhood.

The owner was in constant communication and supplied everything needed to help us feel like home. The cottage was very clean and had so many extras to help our stay be the best ever. It was a very quiet and private location but close to everything we wanted to do.

Every aspect of our short stay was well catered for with extreme care to present this cottage immaculately. It was truly a home away from home. Our host added lots of personal touches and had covered all aspects of a holiday stay. Being older we appreciated the presence of a folder containing guides for the unit as well suggested things to do, see and eat in the area.
