I think if you are staying more than 4 nights/5 days a room clean needs to be included, there was no vacuum in the room and the floor got quite dirty. This was an additional cost

“Best place to come to for a break or romantic break.”
We paid for our son and daughter in law to stay in this wonderful place. We have been here a few times and it never ever disappoints. They couldn't believe how the room just welcomed them. They thought it was absolutely beautiful and hadn't even visited the rest of what Santai Casuarina had to offer ☺️ It was his 30th birthday gift and they stayed for 2 nights. Beautiful spa bath. The pool was heated as well. They couldn't stop raving about how close eateries were in Casuarina as well as Kingscliff. Thank you for such a lovely place.

The room was beautifully presented. Access to the room was simple to follow. Nice romantic spot for a couple. Lovely spa bath. Coffee pod machine. Big comfy couch. Lovely garden setting. Easy access to carpark. It has a restaurant to walk to. Easy access to the beach and walks.

“It’s was good”
The couch was very dirty and had. B.O smell about it. The toilet set needs to be tightened and the exhaust fan doesn’t work in shower .
