“Damp/mouldy smell in room”
Unfortunately as soon as we entered the room, we could smell a damp/mouldy smell. The unit itself was lovely and if it didn’t have this damp/wet smell, we would have enjoyed our stay much more. During the second night of our stay both my husband and I had began to wheeze & sneeze. This created unnecessary anxiety as I couldn’t help but to think it was due to the smell in the room. I called the manager when we arrived to see if there were options to change room. As I couldn’t get ahold, I spoke to the receptionist as I wanted to have a chat to see if perhaps the room hadn’t been opened up for a few days and possibly needed a bit of air/ventilation. During this conversation, she mentioned many of the ground floor units do have mould issues. When I spoke to the manager, who was nice, he assured me there wasn’t. I can’t help but to think this unit has issues arising so would not recommend staying here if you have babies, children or id have asthma or respiratory problems. Such a shame as the unit was lovely and fully equipped, we spent alot of time out of the room due to the smell. Something to consider before booking as this heightened anxiety of travelling with a baby.

The inside of the apartment was nicely appointed. The liaison lady who greeted me bent over backwards to try and fix all the problems.

Cute little studio had everything you would need. Easy walk to the shops. Had a nice pool.

“Superb value”
Stunning decor and a lovely Balinese themed resort. Comfy bed and added touches like lots of tea and coffee as well as high end body wash etc. excellent value for money.
