It was very spacious and clean. The staff was also very responsive and nice. My niece forgot her hoodie when we checked out, so we called the staff to see if they found one, which they did. They informed us kindly and immediately that we could pick it up at reception when we could.

Shower was njde

I came there and never had any means to enter and had to go back. I call the phone number but no one ever answered. I was left stranded and frustrated out side and had to book another hotel instantly. So please I need complete refund and even some compensation but to me for leaving stranded ans frustrated.

Super nice hosts who were very kind when I arrived later than my check in time due to heavy traffic! Super easy process and it was good to have parking directly outside, just be aware that it's 5EUR per day ;) The room was super clean and nice. It also had a fridge.

Location, shops , very clean

Room was small, but clean. Purpose was only for a nightbreak before an early airport heading, for whicg the location is practical. Shop = around the corner.

Everything was very nice & freindly

They are really flexible and really respectful. Whenever we need something, we just call and within some minutes they are present. And also we liked the parking lot. Always there wes a parking.

Perfect for our needs. The rooms are small but have everything you need, the beds are very comfy and it's quiet. Decent bathroom with a good shower. Easy parking outside and the communal area has a kitchenette where you get an allocated space in a large fridge, and a nice eating/sitting area. Everything is kept really clean. Staff aren't there all day (always in the mornings though), but it was so easy to contact them when we arrived, they got there in 5 minutes. Really friendly too. We'll definitely be back next time we're in Castrop Rauxel.

“Perfect stop”

Booking multiple rooms with a kitchen was great for our family. It was an overnight stop on the way from Calais to Poland and was a perfect location mid route. Having a fridge and freezer meant we could refreeze our ice packs and keep our drinks and sandwiches cold before hitting the road again. The little supermarket next door was very handy. Also great to have an oven and a coffee machine with filter papers. The place was clean and beds comfy. Nice to have table and chairs outside for relaxing in the evening. Can get a little stuffy when the weather is exceptionally hot, but it really did get hot this year on our outward journey (far less stuffy on our return visit)
