“Super stay excellent value for money”

View, location, value for money, really helpful staff, great restaurant. Helena in particular helped us when our car broke down c.20km from their hotel. She translated and coordinated all communications with our hire car company, insurer and basically saved us from a huge pickle. We are truly grateful to Helena and all the staff couldn’t be more helpful! As everyone says, breakfast (and coffee) is indeed excellent!

Comfy beds, large room, really helpful staff, nice views, great to have a laundry service at laundry prices (instead of hotel prices). Continental breakfast OK, hostel-style. Good restaurant on top. Didn't need paid parking - plenty of spots on the street.

A quaint beautiful hotel in a traditional house on stilts. The hotels restaurant is probably the best restaurant in Castro and their food and service is amazing. We had both lunch and dinner. Also breakfast over Chilean average though again horrible coffe as common in Chile

The hotel offers a good view of the palafitos region, a pleasant location away from the city center. It offers a calm and welcoming atmosphere.

“Amazing”

I had a wonderful stay at Palafito 1326 Hotel Boutique in Chiloé, where I spent 6 nights. The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and a beautiful design. I especially enjoyed having direct access to the terrace, where I could relax while watching the birds and the river. Breakfast was simple but delicious, and the staff were warm and attentive. Just a short walk from the hotel, there’s also a lovely restaurant where I had dinner every evening. I can fully recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Chiloé!

Excellent boutique hotel full of Chilote character, with extremely helpful staff. The hotel was one of the few open in winter in the palafitos area south of the harbour. It also boasts an excellent restaurant on the third, top floor, with a commanding view of the bay.

A beautiful quaint hotel in Castro’s prettiest district. The view of the bay from my bed was adorable. The beds are soft and warm, the shower is hot and with good water pressure. And the room is toasty warm. The hotels restaurant is probably the best restaurant in Castro and their food is amazing.

“Lovely Palafito stay!”

The view from the look was lovely, overlooking the bay and mountains. We were lucky to see the almost-full moon too and the moon light reflecting on the water was delightful. The room was cozy and spacious. It was slightly odd to have the basin in the room (instead of the bathroom) but it wasn't such a problem. Nice hot water shower after a long day out. The breakfast was great - lots of options like yogurt with muesli, bread, cake, eggs, coffee, cheese and more! The kitchen staff was very friendly and warm too. It's just a short walk (bit uphill) from the main square and all the restaurants!
