“Perfect location for relaxing and excursions”

Breakfast was excellent , with many options to choose . Location is beautifull but would be great to have indications in advance how to get there . Sometimes gps do not work well in rural areas .

This was exceptional. Every aspect of the design was stunning. We were immediately welcomed and asked to treat this as our home. The staff couldn’t have tried harder to make it a memorable stay and also tried to find our missing luggage from our flight from Madrid. The breakfast and dinner were brilliant as were the wines.

The location is in a beautiful pastoral part of Chiloe Island with views of the water. It was the most peaceful hotel stay we have ever experienced.

Everything about the Estancia Rilan absolutely blew us away. The property is just as beautiful as it is in the pictures. Communication via WhatsApp was smooth and helpful as we arrived to the hotel. The owners, despite speaking very little English (and our Spanish is extremely basic), had already made every effort to easily welcome us, including inviting a local guide with excellent English to have a drink with us and tell us about the beautiful area and things to do, tailored to our likes. The room was clean and the attention to detail is amazing--a guidebook with translations, heated towel rack, etc. Dinner and breakfast were always excellent, prepared by a great local restaurant and served in the cozy, beautiful bar/restaurant/relaxing area. We were there for part of our honeymoon and travel fairly widely, but this may have been our favorite place ever to stay.

I have been a platinum member with Marriott for 7 years and a diamond member with Hilton for 6 years. I have never ever stayed in a better property anywhere in the world. Extremely good taste in architectural and interior design. You cannot possibly beat the location on a sunny Chiloe day. Fantastic service and dining experience. I regret not having stayed longer, but that's a good reason to return. This is absolutely a property with real luxury-level caliber and worths every penny.
