We stayed in the ocean view honeymoon suite - clean, good view of the sea (although looking over some of the hotel - it didn’t matter) very clean, with a great walk in shower - loved the complimentary shampoo especially the moisturiser (really nice) mattress super comfy and lovely clean linen - turned down every evening (those little details are huge) and the pillows were the best - I wish I had some at home - slept like a baby. This was a little luxury break in between travelling the island and it was heaven - the restaurants were very good - we really enjoyed them all - we pretty much ate in the Neptune every lunch time but the evening meals were lovely as well (and the staff - very attentive - lovely people)- we enjoyed Pitons, La Toc (very nice food) and Armandos (nice dining setting- romantic) breakfast always had a great selection under the pavilion and the staff, again was amazing!!! The beach was nice, with covered shade if needed - the sea was always warm, there were people selling trips etc but they were never pushy and always accepted a no thanks - but helpful if you needed anything. Quiet swimming pools at the end - to escape noise and music! All of the areas were close to bars / restaurants and toilets etc Tennis courts good to have - La Toc is in an area that is secluded unlike the other hotels so it makes you just enjoy what’s on offer - a great place to just relax! The biggest thing I think that sets this place apart (though from what we have experienced - St Lucia is a really friendly island) is the hotel staff - absolutely everyone - gardeners, house keeping, bar staff, waitresses/ waiters are lovely people and always with a smile. 😊 well done guys - you really make a difference!!!

“Excellent hotel for honeymoon”
The hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of room comfort, quality of meals, drinks and restaurants. The staff was very helpful and friendly at all times, whether in bars, restaurants, water activities, etc., helping us with transport to and from the airport, and they allowed us to have a two-hour 'late check-out' free of charge, as our flight was in the late afternoon. The dives, sailings and even tours scheduled with the partner company were all very good, organized, punctual and careful. Overall, one of the best 'all inclusive' hotels in terms of value for money that we've ever been to.

Sandals did us proud with a super wedding in their garden gazebo. Good that we could visit the other two Sandals resorts (Grande & Halcyon) which both had better beaches.

“Wonderful Vacation”
We loved the location, the food was excellent and the staff were welcoming. It was not as 'posh' as we'd feared. Most restaurants were very casual and only one needed semi formal dress (no jeans).

“Enjoyable resort with some shortfalls”
A great main large pool situated just by the beach with a good second pool that has great views. Good quality food and beverages with the Sushi bar being a stand out with great staff.
