I LIKE THE SHUTTLE SERVICE TO YHE BEAVH AND CASTRIES. I LIKE THE WAY STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. EVEN WHEN THEIR WAS AN ISSUE THEY DEAL EITH IT IMMEDIATELY AND RESOLVE TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM. THE FOOD WAS GREAT SND THE VIEWS WAS LOVELY. THE COACH FOR THE MORNING EXERCISE WAS GREAT.

“What a truly amazing place”
The setting was beautiful on a hill. The views were amazing. We stayed 4 nights and wish it was longer. The staff were mainly friendly. We attended the managers cocktail on a Monday night. We went to the Carribean BBQ on the Thursday where there was a steel band and a fire limbo show. On Wednesday, we went into the a la cart resteraunt. Beautiful food. We got the free shuttle bus to vigie Beach, which was stunning, and had a horseback ride for 50ecd, which was amazing along the beach. There are free sunbeds and umbrellas for hotel guests. And you can get drinks cold and very cheap. There is someone there that is from the hotel who watches over your things if you want to go for a walk.The shuttle bus also goes into Castries if you want to go to the markets. We spent the rest of the time by the lower pool, which has its own self-serve bar. If you want cocktails that are delicious, you can get them from lulu's cabin, which is only a few steps up. The food was delicious, and for those wanting more snack items, then lulu's bar serves burgers, fish chips, nachos salads sandwiches cakes ice cream ect throughout the day. There is also a coffee shop tgat has cookies. There is entertainment at night. Singers and karaoke and DJ night all in the veranda where meals are served.

Beautiful site and grounds, with views over Castries. Two, nice pools. Wonderful friendly, helpful staff. The food was good and tasty, but…(see below).

“Best all inclusive experience we ever had.”
Great view over Castries. Incredible friendly and attentive staff. The hotel is not so big and never crowded with other guests. Shuttle to beach and to the city center is a bonus.

“Nice for a few days in the sunshine but need to get out and explore the island which can be pricey”
The sea view from the room balcony and sunset view over the island was great. Delicious cocktails. Freshly made lunches at the snack bar was good and the pools not too busy. Friendly staff. Welcome drinks in a cool air conditioned room.

“Amazing stay!”
This is a very nice place. The food was good there was a lot to choose from. The room was neat and clean and very spacious. They provided everything. There is a free shuttle service to the beach. The staff are very friendly. It was great staying at Bel Jou.
