“Would definitely recommend to stay here when in Castres!”
Location very good. 15 min easy stroll into the centre of town. Hotel was very clean, quiet, beds comfortable and shower was excellent. Onsite parking made it so easy. Staff were friendly and professional.

“Good food and clean”
The room was clean, and the staff was kind. There was plenty of space for parking. The food has a good price/quality ratio.

“Perfect location”
The location is perfect with free parking onsite, easy to get into the town centre and the expo park. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the room comfortable with a nice view over the garden and pool.

“Wedding”
Location to wedding venue we were attending. Breakfast was exceptional. Comfort of seating area and general cleanliness Swimming pool was an advantage.

“Great location for Castres visit but slow service in restaurant.”
Very good front desk staff. Good location about 15 minutes walk from city centre. Upgraded to a privilege room which was spacious and comfortable. Secure parking.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We could get a drink and meal without having to venture out into Castres. Breakfast was very good indeed. Parking easy and secure.

“We stayed for just a couple of nights as a stopover to a further destination, but would highly recommend.”
The staff were lovely, friendly, efficient and polite. The hotel had a nice relaxed atmosphere. Breakfast provided a great choice, as did dinner, very good value for money. Really lovely pool area too. The hotel provides plenty of secure parking.

“Great accommodation with a lovely pool and parking. 15 mins walk to town. Tea and coffee in room!”
Very nice hotel We were cycling so it was lovely to have the pool area to relax in post our ride. We had been upgraded so the room size was great and I particularly loved the NUXE toiletries. Breakfast was extremely varied with lots of different options. It is 15 mins to the town centre....but we saw the hotel centre hotels when we walked around and I valued the space and pool area more here than being bang in town. We particularly liked having tea and coffee making facilities in the room and a fridge.....but then, we're British!

“great, but fix your Aircon’s”
Aircon temperature was to high, everyone I ask to have it colder it’s the same excuse can’t get it colder as it to hot outside and that’s not true Aircon’s are not working
