Everything was very fine, breakfast, room. The staff is very friendliy. You really feel welcome. Perfect.

It is an old building which is renovated and its decor was excellent. We liked very much. Our room was called Kitzbuhel and you enter the ski resort. There are a lot of different rooms which have different styles. It would be nice to come back again. They have a very good breakfast. The breakfast room was very busy and only one person was taking care of it. I was very impressed how good she does her job.

The hotel is in a great location right in the middle of town. No traffic noise at all. A 5 minute walk from the Q-park underground car park. |The staff were so friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good. Cannot fault

The hotel is centrally located and easy to find. It does not have parking but there is a good secure car park at Republic which is five minutes walk away. The hotel its self is lovely and the rooms all Individual themed after various cities. The staff are wonderful and very welcoming and helpful. The evening meal which can be included in the room rate is home cooked delicious and great value which even includes wine and beer.

Breakfast was good. You can request eggs so I had scrambled egg and used the toaster to have toast with it. Great range of tea choices which was nice to see. Lots of fruit, cheese and yoghurts but I don't eat meat so didn't look at what was on offer there.

Wonderful boutique hotel, in a brilliant location in the middle of town with such welcoming and friendly staff. We visited Castres to attend rugby, and the location was ideal for a weekend stay. Being right in the centre of town, close to shops and restaurants, but only a 20 minute walk from the train station and walking distance for us to the rugby ground. One of our travelling group does walk with a stick, and the hotel staff helped arrange a taxi for them on the game day to get to the ground as well. The pictures on the website give you a glimpse at the style of this hotel, but it really has to be seen to be believed, the rooms all have their own unique feel and I don't think you could ever tire of turning into the stairway entrance hall! The staff were so helpful, and charming, we were always welcomed in and out of the hotel and felt really well looked after.

Excellent location, very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend the superb fixed price dinner menu. Plenty of choice at breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.
